A handmade Christmas from the heart of creativity! Part Four

A handmade Christmas from the heart of creativity! Part Four

This one came from Pinterest and the internet. Mason jars are amazing and made in the USA as well! The girls and I made a huge batch of organic bath salts and loved giving these gifts away this year!

PS- They do make the bath water a slight pink color! HAHAHA

A handmade Christmas from the heart of creativity! Part Three

A handmade Christmas from the heart of creativity! Part Three

If you've follow Eyeblog for a while now you'll recall the Monster Art that Journey and I created. Well this Christmas it was time for a piece that I've been holding on to for about a year now. A sketch that Symphony created of her and I at the beach. Oh, how I love this sketch and decided to make it in to a wall poster for her to enjoy for many years to come.

Have you ever saved your child's artwork? What do you do with them?

A handmade Christmas from the heart of creativity! Part 2

A handmade Christmas from the heart of creativity! Part Two

This gift was designed for a newly married couple. My cousin and her new husband! I love how it turned out!   Scrabble letters are always useful for diy gifts and can be had at most any thrift store!! What do you think? Would you make this?

A handmade Christmas from the heart of creativity!

A handmade Christmas from the heart of creativity!  Part one

This project was for Kip. His new desk was empty and void of personality (j/k) it just needed some family love!  So I found a keyboard at the thrift store a whopping $1.02 and a frame for 50 cents.  Then some hot glue and a game of keyboard scrabble and voila... you have a lovely gift!

Texture and line in nature

Nature is such an amazing site. I am always impressed and in awe with the plans and thought the Lord put into creating all that we see. Enjoy the images (texture and lines) shot at Callaway Gardens.

Most of you all know that Cindi with an eye has expanded (NO not in my hip area) my offerings by moving to N. Atlanta! So for this native Floridian (that's me) life is very different and exciting! I hope to entertain you and explain my experiences via images. Today's entry is called: ICE

The house we are renting this year has a long ramp on the front for the past owner who was injuried in a fire fighter training exercise! Anyway, we were leaving to go to the bus stop and decided to walk down the ramp.... whoa nelly! ICE.  Lea sat on her rear and slid down it, while Mia and I danced our way back to the door and went through the basement!  Hope you enjoy the images I shot after the children went off to school.
